Dealership Facility
- The company will pay the dealer/distributor a commission equal to 20% of the total monthly sales in his area.
- Company will arrange product delivery/transportation from warehouse/factory to dealer/distributor’s godown.
- SR/Sales Officers will be appointed by the Company and all their expenses will be borne by the Company.
- After the product reaches the godown of the dealer/distributor, the dealer/distributor will be responsible for any damage or loss of the product. However, all expired products will be returned to the company and the equivalent product will be supplied.
- Various types of promotion will be arranged by the company on its own initiative for product introduction.
- Various incentives/bonuses will be provided to SR/Sales Officers, Dealers/Distributors if they meet monthly sales targets.
- The dealer/distributor may appoint sub-dealers/distributors within his designated area.
- Various gifts will be arranged for the retail shopkeepers in case of various festivals or promotions.
- Dealers/distributors interested in providing any suggestions/opinions for sales growth, product quality improvement or any other useful suggestions will be welcomed by the company.
- 2% of the annual gross profit of the company will be distributed among all dealers/distributors.
