Dealerships/distributors – Terms & Conditions

• Both male and female dealerships/distributors can apply.
• Applicant must be an adult and a business person.
• Business should have all necessary licenses/documents.
• Dealership/distributorship will not be awarded to one person per police station.
• The contract period of the company with the dealership/distributor is 2 years. Later the Company may change the Dealer/Distributor or extend the term.
• 2,000,00/- (Taka Two Lakhs) is required to be deposited in the company of a Thana Dealer/Distributor.
• All transactions including market dues must be settled before the expiry of the contract period, otherwise the money will be deducted from his deposited security.
• Product transportation to local market is to be done by dealer/distributor.
• Dealer/distributor has to arrange war house or godown.
• Collection money from daily sale/market should be deposited in the company account.
• Any problem in the local market should be resolved by the dealer/distributor.
• In case of cancellation of dealer/distributor agreement, both parties should give 3 months prior written notice.
• All transactions must be done through the company account. No cash or mobile banking transactions are accepted.
• In case of breach of the above conditions, the Company may terminate the contract at any time.
